1. Acceptance
By accessing this site or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service during Phase 0
LeagueDay is in a pre-launch phase. We currently offer only a public information page and a waitlist signup. We are not currently providing any league management features. We make no guarantee about when the full product will launch or what features it will include.
3. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit your email. The site is intended for adults — coaches, parents, league administrators — interested in being notified of LeagueDay's launch.
4. Your submissions
When you submit your email, you represent that the address is valid and belongs to you, you are at least 18, you agree to receive occasional emails about LeagueDay (you can unsubscribe at any time), and you are not signing up someone else without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use automated tools, attempt to bypass rate limiting or bot protection, submit false information, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access data or accounts not belonging to you. If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly to leagueday-admin@leagueday.app.
6. Intellectual property
The LeagueDay name, logo, site design, and code are owned by the LeagueDay operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero during Phase 0) or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeagueDay, its operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the site.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site at our discretion. You may stop using the site at any time and request deletion of your waitlist information.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. For substantive changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers in advance.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
